Laveranues ColesAs if Kellen Clemens’ job won’t be hard enough against the Redskins on Sunday, word is that Laveranues Coles suffered a concussion during the Bills game and he could very well not play against his former team.

This is Coles’ second concussion over the last year, so with the team being 1-7, one would assume that the coaching staff and front office will play it cautiously and hold him out on Sunday. As we all know, Laveranues is a tough player, but putting him out there and setting him up to get injured even worse just isn’t worth it. Remember Wayne Chrebet? Exactly.

Last month Mcgee had to sit out with a brain injury. Lets call it what it is, the NFL’s dirty secret is getting worse. Not one mention of the fact that the N.E. Patriots have not had one concussion this year. Why, a medical procedure which positions the jaw and corrects orthopedic structures. Yet the NFL lets players like Coles twist in the wind. http://www.mahercor.com
