Wayne ChrebetThere are a number of stories on Wayne Chrebet today as he will be honored at halftime this Sunday by the Jets organization. According to Number 80, he still has been suffering from severe motion sickness as a result of his last concussion which occurred on November 6, 2005 in a game against the Chargers. He says that he has been experiencing some problems, such as doing a few things with his kids, but overall he says he’s doing alright and is not complaining too much.

I never was a huge fan of his, but I always respected Chrebet’s dedication. (He dropped way too many passes in key situations for my taste.) However, he always gave it his all and wasn’t afraid to sacrifice himself for the good of the team.

Hopefully, his symptoms from his concussions will eventually subside and he’ll be able to do anything he wants to do without worrying about his health.
